1955 Chevy Belair Hardtop

The 55 Chevy started the famous tri-five era and I would say it is probably the most recognized car ever built.

A 55 Chevy Belair hardtop is and always will be highly desirable and collectable.  The two (2) things you notice when walking up to the car is the awesome color combination that just plain brings back great memories.  The second thing that grabs your attention is its lazer straight body and the condition of the paint.  It is slick and shiny and looks as if it was just painted.

When this 55 was restored, all the glass was replaced with tinted glass and is in excellent condition.  The chrome and stainless  really stands tall as well and is dent free and shines like a new dime.  The rear bumper does show some dullness though.

When you open the door, you quickly notice that the interior is just as neat and on point as the rest of the 55 and looks just as fresh as the exterior.  The radio has been upgraded to an AM/FM with digital tuner.

Under the hood you will find a 327 CI V8 engine hooked to GM’s bullet proof 350 turbo automatic transmission.  Both were rebuilt at time of restoration.    The floor and trunk pans are original and solid with the same being said of the inner rockers and all frame to body mounts.  A new wiring harness was installed so the electrical system would be trouble free and the suspension, steering and brakes are all in great shape making this iconic 55 Belair a complete package ready to be enjoyed.

This timeless classic runs and drives great and can be driven anywhere, any time with confidence.
